Frequently Asked Questions

What areas do you service?

We service Fort Myers, Punta Gorda, Cape Coral, Bonita Springs, Sarasota, Venice, Englewood, Bradenton and surrounding areas.

Do you charge by the foot?

No. Length is not the best factor for determining pricing. For example, surveying a 25′ Grady White center console is very different than surveying a 25′ Ranger Tug.

How soon will I get my report?

While we ask for 3 business days, in many cases the report can be delivered same or next day dending on size, complexibility and scheduling.

Do you water test?

Yes. Trial runs are included in the standard pre-purchase survey. The surveyor will ask the vessel operator to perform a series of tests.

How long does a survey take?

Boats under 30′ can expect 3-4 hours. Boats 30-40′ can expect 4-6 hours. Boats 40-70′ will be 6-12 hours of inspecton time.
